Community management the Flickr way

Great little article about how the flickr team manage thier worldwide online community. "The job always comes down to finding the fulcrum in the teeter-totter, the balance that benefits both the individual and the community," [link]

    I've booked tickets for the talk she's doing next Friday. Think there's still tickets left, I have spoken to quite a few people who are going though. Probably going to spend the afternoon there for the Pixar talk too. Looks interesting

  • Heather Champ, Flickr's community management person is going to be in Birmingham in a couple of weeks for Hello Digital. She's doing one of the Inspiration Sessions and might be doing a talk too.
